​​​New Homes Sales Consultant - Clophill The Company Are you Looking for a forward thinking business where your contribution and Ideas are valued? If your fed up of just being a number and want to be part of a close knit team, this could be the ideal role for you. ​ They are a medium sized developer with their employees, sustainability and the local communities at the heart of their business. Due to sheer growth, they are now looking to add a sales consultant to their Clophill Development ​ Purpose of the Role ·         To achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service. ·         Responsible for the administration and presentation of the development alongside team members ·         Liaising with purchasers/prospective purchasers and estate agents. ​ Duties •                     To apply and demonstrate effective selling techniques in order to achieve sales targets •                     To maintain the presentation of the marketing suite to the highest standard •                     To effectively manage all customers and deliver excellent customer service •                     To generate potential sales leads in addition to those created by marketing activity •                     To maximise the use of all sales tools •                     Generate competitor reports •                     Be part of the sites launch events and contribute to ideas /suggestions •                     To progress reservations to exchange and completion and ensure a smooth journey for the customer and the company – within the appropriate time scales •                     To anticipate and manage the threat of cancellation and minimise cancellation rates •                     To effectively manage and resolve any customer complaints with guidance and support from the Sales Manager •                     To work as a participative member of the sales team to ensure that the site is effectively managed and information is widely shared ​ Salary and Package •                    £27k/£30k basic with £50k OTE •                    25 days holiday + bank holidays •                    Company pension •                    Uniform allowance twice yearly •                    Millage allowance (door to door) •                    Health Insurance •                    Working day Thursday- Monday

Temp to Perm Sales Negotiator - Ipswich

Our client has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator to work on a beautiful development in one of the most scenic costal areas in the UK You will be working on a new development which consists of an imprssive collection of 300 designed homes. ​ • At least 12 months experience in New Homes Sales with the ability to do all aspects of the role including progressing your sales. • Ensuring that you deliver the very highest standards to customer service • Able to sell off plan • Provide expertise in your product knowledge - specs, extras and procedures. • Take responsibility for maintaining the presentation of show homes and ensure that adequate on-site and off-site signage is maintained. • To research marketing potential as requested by Sales Manager. The ideal New Homes Sales Executive will need: • Previous New Homes Sales experience • Corporately presented with strong customer facing skills. • Good knowledge of the local area including schools, amenities and transport links. • Ability to work on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays Fridays and Saturdays • This is a Temp to Perm opportunity. Our client is looking for someone that is interested in temping initially for about 6 weeks with the potential to joining the company on a permanent basis if you a re successful. ​Our client has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator to work on a new development near Grantham. The development is situated in a delightful village and consists of a collection of 3,4 & 5 bedrooms homes. Our client is known for building quality homes and are compliant with the NHBC. What is expected: • At least 12 months experience in New Homes Sales with the ability to do all aspects of the role including progressing your sales. • Ensuring that you deliver the very highest standards to customer service • Able to sell off plan • Provide expertise in your product knowledge - specs, extras and procedures. • Take responsibility for maintaining the presentation of show homes and ensure that adequate on-site and off-site signage is maintained. • To research marketing potential as requested by Sales Manager. The ideal New Homes Sales Executive will need: • Previous New Homes Sales experience • Corporately presented with strong customer facing skills. • Computer literate - It is a paperless office • Good knowledge of the local area including schools, amenities and transport links. • Ability to work every weekend • £28k /£30 k basic with OTE circa £55k • 23 days’ holiday not including bank holidays • Working hours Thursday – Monday 9.30m – 5.30pm ​ This is a Temp to Perm opportunity. Our client is looking for someone that is interested in temping initially for about 6 weeks with the potential to joining the company on a permanent basis if you a re successful.
