​We have a great opportunity for a New Homes Sales Negotiator to join a well-respected house builder with a long-standing reputation - Currently recruiting for multiple developments in the following areas: Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Letchworth, Buntingford, Therfield.

A bit about the job:

As a New Homes Sales Negotiator, you’ll be at the heart of our beautiful developments, guiding buyers through one of the most exciting decisions of their lives. You’ll manage the entire journey from first inquiry to the moment we hand over the keys.

The role of New Home Sales Negotiator, reports to the Sales Manager and carries out all aspects of the day to day running of the site sales complex, ensuring that outstanding customer service is delivered throughout the customer journey. This includes achieving qualified sales reservations and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Shifts: 5 days per week Thursday – Monday 10:00 – 5:30. 1 weekend off in 4.

Salary: Base £33,000 plus £300 per plot

What experience do you need?

· Experience within new home sales is essential.

· Experience of working as a Sales Representative for a residential house builder

· Experience of working within a face to face sales environment.

· Effective negotiation and sales skills

· Good administration skills

· Strong communication and listening skills

· Ability to work on own as well as part of a team

· IT literate and the ability to adapt to new systems

· Able to work weekends.
