Project Manager -New Homes
We are recruiting for an Experienced Construction Project Manager with a solid background in New Homes. You will be responsible for managing the development of up to 3 sites through to completion, Extensive experience of working within established build programs. Excellent communicator, with high detail orientation. Assertive to ensure delivery of targets by on-site team and trades/labour. Ability to prioritise tasks to meet changing business needs, demonstrates strong problem-solving ability. A member of the Chartered Institute of Builders and/or qualified to NVQ level 5 in Construction Management or a time served tradesman with considerable experience of the full range of construction trades. In depth knowledge of all aspects of the construction trade and the relevant legislative requirements e.g. Health and Safety, NHBC requirements and Building Regulations. Good knowledge, understanding and experience of dealing with all issues relating to Customer Care. Effective management of the Site team and subcontractors.
Digital Marketing Consultant -New Homes
Experienced Digital & Marketing Consultant with knowledge of the Construction Industry, required to provide day to day assistance to the Sales and Marketing team with particular focus on Digital Marketing. Experience of the Shared Ownership market would be ideal but knowledge of the property market is essential. We are looking to recruit an experienced Sales and Marketing Co-ordinator to work within New Homes. You will be responsible for the Company's Marketing to include Digital Marketing, offering support to the Sales Team and Regional Sales Manager Some Key responsibilities are; Administration of the website via the contact management system on a weekly basis ensuring all content and availability is accurate and current Update the News section with any new press releases Update Agency Assist property listings Maintain all relevant external portals such as Rightmove, to ensure best promotion of the sites Maintain/review and update on-line advertising including social media Produce weekly and ad hoc reports on website activity, comparatives and effectiveness against expenditure Monitor visitors, enquiries and reservations against portal enquiries Monitor all online performance including conversions rates, with recommendations for improved performance where and when required Complete web performance audits for Managing, Regional and Sales & Marketing Director as and when required.
