We have an exciting opportunity for a New Homes Sales Negotiator to join a busy development in Dartford for an Award-Winning national developer.
This is an ongoing temporary position with the potential for a permanent opportunity.
Client requirements:
· Experience working on a New Homes development
· Able to carry out the complete sales process from initial enquiry through to progression
· Experience using CRM systems i.e. Yourkeys, Contact Builder
· Meeting with potential purchasers
· Makes sales appointments with clients
· Demonstrates product knowledge
· Using the database to generate new leads
· Working with the marketing department to develop new sales strategies
· Demonstrate advanced sales knowledge
· Ideally you have experience selling shared ownership properties
· Excellent personal presentation
The role
Thursday to Saturday (Tues/Wed off)
9.30am – 5.30pm
Free off-street parking

From £16ph
