​Teamsales are seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator to represent a nationally known developer on an exciting development in Lincolnshire.

This is a temporary position with the opportunity to go permanent for the right person.

​

Requirements:

  • Experience working on a New Homes development

  • Able to carry out the complete sales process from initial enquiry through to progression

  • Experience using CRM systems i.e. Dynamics, Yourkeys, Contact Builder

  • Ideally you have experience selling shared ownership properties

  • Excellent personal presentation

Shift Pattern

·         Shift pattern will either be Thurs to Mon or Sat to Wed

·         10am – 5pm Mondays and Fridays, 10am-7pm on Thursdays and 11am -5pm on weekends

·         Free parking on site

Salary

  • From £14.57 per hour inc hol pay

  • Holiday pay accrued for every hour you work
