Having worked in the recruitment industry for more than 30 years, I am about to celebrate my 11-year anniversary with TeamResourcing and time has absolutely flown by. As the MD of TeamResourcing, I have the best of both worlds having the autonomy to lead TeamResourcing whilst also having leadership and support from Empresaria Group our parent company. Being part of the Empresaria Group means I am constantly learning as we have the exposure to senior managers and directors of all group companies which means we are always sharing experiences and gaining invaluable knowledge from each other.

When I am not working I spend much of my time watching football on TV however this is not by choice as with a husband and three sons I am outnumbered!
