We have a great opportunity for an experience Sales Negotiator to work 5 days a week in either Southall or Hayes in West London. Our clients range from National Builders to High-End developers & Housing Associations who are looking for regular support for ad-hoc and long-term bookings across multiple developments. This could be the perfect role for someone looking for a permanent role
Client requirements:
Experience of selling New Homes
Knowledge of Help-to-buy
Able to provide first class customer service
Excellent personal presentation
You will be well-organised and with good computer skills
You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills whilst dealing with both customers and colleagues
Must have access to own car. or with easy access to public transport
Days / Hours / Info:
Sites are open 7 days a week
Average opening times are 10am to 5.30 pm but can vary slightly
Developments are operating in accordance with COVID guidelines
What’s on offer?
From £13.00 to £16.00 an hour
Mileage allowance where agreed
Holiday pay accrued
