We are looking for experienced New Homes Sales Negotiators to work for our many clients in the Maidstone and surrounding area covering sickness, holidays and also for permanent vacancies. Working with a team you will be responsible for the full role. You will work between 2 and 5 days a week including weekends.
They are looking for:
An experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator
Ability to work between 2 and 5 days a week including weekends
Excellent Sales and Negotiation skills
IT literate with experience of working on various CRM systems.
Excellent interpersonal and immaculate presentation
Understanding of the compliance required when selling New Homes
