​We have a great opportunity for an experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator to work on a newly launched development in the Maidstone area. Working with a team you will be responsible for the full role. You will work 5 days a week including weekends. The shift patter will be Saturday to Wednesday each week.

They are looking for:

  • An experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator

  • Ability to work 5 days a week including weekends

  • Excellent Sales and Negotiation skills

  • IT literate with experience of working on various CRM systems.

  • This is an ongoing booking with the potential for a permanent role for the right candidate

  • Excellent interpersonal and immaculate presentation

  • Understanding of the compliance required when selling New Homes
