We have a great opportunity for an experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator to work on a newly launched development in the Surrey area. This is a new site launching in April and they are looking for a long term temp to look after the development of high spec new homes. You will be working single manned from Thursday to Monday and taking full responsibility for the sales of this development.
They are looking for:
An experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator
Must be available to commit for 6 to 9 months.
Ability to work 5 days a week including weekends
Excellent Sales and Negotiation skills
IT literate with experience of working on various CRM systems.
This is an ongoing booking with the potential for a permanent role for the right candidate
Excellent interpersonal and immaculate presentation
Understanding of the compliance required when selling New Homes
