​Temporary New Homes Sales Executive – Cambridge & Peterborough

Teamsales are seeking an experienced Temporary New Homes Sales Negotiator for Short and Long terms bookings and Temp to Perm opportunities. We are experiencing huge demand in the area and would suit someone looking for a Temp or Temp to Permanent Opportunity

You will have experience selling new homes and a proven track record of successfully running developments.

Main Duties:

·         Liaise with potential purchasers.

·         Carry out viewings and show people around the Show Home and the development.

·         Negotiating Sales

·         Liaising with Agents, Solicitors and Mortgage Brokers

·         Carry out market research.

·         Carry out weekly sales progression from reservation, through to completion.

·         Complete necessary paperwork at reservation

·         Follow up all viewings to gather people’s feedback.

·         Dealing with phone and email enquiries

·         Good organisation skills

·         Good communication skills

Shift Pattern

·         Thursday to Monday (Tues/Wed off)

·         10am – 5pm

We can offer:

·         From £12.00 per hour + commission

·         Holiday pay accrued for every hour you work.

·         Mileage allowance if applicable
