We have an exciting opportunity for a New Homes Sales Negotiator to at a development located close to Reading where you'll be working for an award-winning developer managing a collection of three, four and five bedroom New Build properties.
This is a temporary position for approximately 6 months. Commission will be offered.
Client requirements:
· Experience working on a New Homes development
· Able to carry out the complete sales process from initial enquiry through to progression
· Experience using Contact Builder or other databases
· Excellent personal presentation
The role
· Thursday to Monday
· 10am – 5pm
· Free off-street parking
Salary
·From £13 per hour + hol pay
· Commission offered
· Holiday pay accrued for every hour you work
· Exposure to UK’s leading New Home Developers
