We are seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Manager to provide temporary management support across residential developments in Norfolk and Suffolk. This role is focused on leading, managing, and supporting sales teams, ensuring sales performance, processes, and customer standards are consistently met across the region.
The successful candidate will be expected to integrate quickly, provide strong leadership, and maintain sales momentum during the contract period.
Covering new homes developments across Norfolk and Suffolk
Minimum 3 months (with potential to extend)
Full-time
Occasional weekend working required (days off in lieu provided)Generous hourly rate dependant on experience
Key Responsibilities
Supporting and overseeing on-site new homes sales teams
Maintaining sales performance and momentum across live developments
Ensuring sales procedures, compliance, and reporting standards are met
Monitoring reservations, exchanges, and sales pipelines
Coaching and supporting sales negotiators to maximise conversion
Liaising with senior management, marketing teams, and external partners
Providing regular performance updates and feedback
Covering sites as required across the region
About You
Proven experience as a New Homes Sales Manager (essential)
Strong knowledge of the full new homes sales process
Confident stepping into existing sites with minimal handover
Professional, structured, and process-driven
Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills
Flexible to travel across Norfolk and Suffolk
Willing to work weekends with time off in lieu
