New Homes Sales Consultant – Near Banbury

A exciting opportunity for a Temporary New Homes Site Sales Consultant to join an established medium sized House Builder working on a prestigious site new development near Banbury. Opportunity for Permanent Role

Due to substantial growth, they are now looking to add more permanent sales executives to their team.

They are a niche developer offering a fabulous product and deliver outstanding customer service.

key responsibilities include:

•To apply effective selling skills in order to exceed required profitable sales for the business

•To maintain the presentation of the sales complex to the highest standard

•To effectively manage all customers and deliver excellent customer service

•To generate potential sales leads in addition to those created by marketing activity

• research the marketplace, including second-hand comparable, and the use data to sell above the competition

•To progress reservations to exchange and completion and ensure a smooth journey for the customer and the company – within the appropriate time scales

•To effectively manage and resolve any customer complaints with guidance from the Sales Manager

•To represent the company to the highest professional standards

Temporary hourly rate = £13.00 (£14.57 basic & holiday)

Permanent Salary and package :

Thursday – Monday 9.30 -5.15am (4pm finish on Sundays)

· £28k -£30k basic with £50k/55k OTE

· 23 days holiday + bank holidays
