Working closely with the Senior Site/Finishing Managers and subcontractors.
Conducting the inductions with subcontractors when necessary. Assist the subcontractors by providing information and advice as required.
Reviewing build programmes with Site/Assistant managers to ensure that all homes are on target.
Ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest of standards and in line with guidelines
Ensuring all best practices are adopted with the appropriate protection and signage to ensure materials are being respected at all times.
Follow Health & Safety guidelines
Have a full understanding of the BHOC Quality Management System at the required stages and provide support to Project Director
