Location: London (site-based across London)
Salary: £65k-£75k + benefits
Contract: Permanent / Full-time

Our client is a leading specialist in Building Management Systems, delivering high-quality BMS solutions across a wide range of commercial projects. Due to continued success and a strong order book, the business is rapidly growing and expanding its project delivery team. They are known for their technical expertise, collaborative approach, and ability to deliver complex BMS projects to the highest standard.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced BMS Project Manager to deliver Building Management System projects across Greater London, with the role being predominantly site-based. You will manage projects ranging in value from £500k to £3m, taking full responsibility from project handover through to completion.

This role suits a hands-on Project Manager who is comfortable working on live sites and coordinating closely with engineers, subcontractors, and main contractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage BMS projects across London from design through commissioning and final handover

  • Be site-based on active projects, attending site meetings and coordinating works

  • Manage project programmes, budgets, variations, and risk

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and main contractors

  • Coordinate engineers, commissioning teams, and subcontractors

  • Ensure technical compliance, quality, and documentation standards are met

  • Oversee health & safety compliance on site

  • Support commissioning, and client handover

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a BMS Project Manager or Senior BMS Engineer ready to step into project management

  • Strong technical knowledge of BMS systems (Trend, Tridium, Siemens, ACL, Schneider, Honeywell, or similar) would look at someone who is from a mechanical background with BMS experience

  • Experience delivering BMS projects valued £50k–£3m

  • Comfortable working in a site-based London role

  • Strong programme management and commercial awareness

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Full UK driving licence

Desirable

  • Background in BMS engineering or commissioning

  • Experience working with main contractors on large London projects

  • Knowledge of HVAC systems and BMS integration
