🚨BMS Service Manager – London (Customer Sites)🚨
We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading BMS specialist for a BMS Service Manager to lead their service engineering team across London client sites.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will:
Manage a team of BMS service engineers, overseeing reactive and planned maintenance
Ensure SLAs, KPIs, and budgets are met across multiple sites
Provide technical guidance on Trend & Tridium systems
Build and maintain strong client relationships while driving operational excellence
Identify opportunities to optimise processes, improve service delivery, and grow revenue
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience leading BMS service teams
Strong knowledge of Trend & Tridium BMS platforms
Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and SLAs
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
💰Salary: £55,000 – £70,000 + Bonus
