​​​​​We have a need for New Homes Sales Negotiators to join our team of Temporary staff in the Derby area.

Our clients are highly recognised for their quality products and high levels of customer service. All developments run either 7 days a week or from Thursday to Monday.

Client requirements:

  • Experience of selling New Homes or previous Estate Agency experience 

  • Able to provide first class customer service

  • Excellent personal presentation

  • You will be well-organised and with good computer skills. Must be IT Literate

  • You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills whilst dealing with both customers and colleagues

  • Must have access to own car. If you are not near public transport

  • Able to work well in a team environment

Days / Hours / Info:

  • To be open to working flexible days of the week (1-5 days per week)

  • Hours 10.00 - 17:30
