Site Sales Advisor - New Homes –Witney
There is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established family owned house builder working in the Oxfordshire region.
The Role
The Sales Advisor will be covering a newly established site in the Witney area. This is predominately a person site. You will report to the Head of Sales and carry out all aspects of the day to day running of site sales, whilst providing an outstanding customer service throughout the customers journey..
The sales advisors responsibilities include:
Ensure the site is kept and maintained to a high standard at all times.
Ensure full and accurate information is available to buyers at all times.
Guide potential purchasers around the show homes
Meet and Greet potential buyers on site
Uphold the Health and Safety Policy at all times.
Maintain accurate records using the in-house CRM system.
Liaise with purchases, solicitors and financial advisers on a regular basis.
Assist purchasers following legal completion with any defects, snags or customer care issues
Experience
Experience of working within a face to face sales environment.
Experience of working as a Sales Advisor for a residential house builder.
Effective negotiation and sales skills
Strong communication and listening skills
Ability to work on own as well as part of a team
In return we can offer you:
£26k-£28k (£45k/£50k OTE) depending on experience
25 days holiday, plus bank holidays

Working days: Thursday- Monday ( 10am- 5pm )
