Our Client a leading national housing association is looking for a driving sales negotiator for an exciting development in Wembley. This is a full time position, working 36 hours a week across five days. This position is initially temporary, however the client will consider successful candidates for full time positions.
As a Sales Executive you will need the following experience and qualities:
Be responsible for delivering reservation, exchanges and completed sales in line with sales targets.
Delivering an exemplary customer journey.
Managing and maintaining your sales environment to a 5 star standard, including signage, show homes & marketing suites.
Ability to meet, greet and showcase our quality homes to customers.
Maintain enquiries and manage a database of ready and willing purchasers.
Be precise in your reporting and able to meet deadlines inc KPI’s
This role includes weekend working so you must be happy to work Saturdays and Sundays with days off during the week.
