This fantastic development comprising of 2, 3 and 4- bedroom homes .
It is surrounded by ample local amenities and open space.
key responsibilities include:
•To apply effective selling skills in order to exceed required profitable sales for the business
•To maintain the presentation of the sales complex to the highest standard
•To effectively manage all customers and deliver excellent customer service
•To generate potential sales leads in addition to those created by marketing activity
•To represent the company to the highest professional standards

•A proven track record of achieving targets
•The ability to deliver high levels of customer service
•To embrace technology and develop an understanding of new systems
•Excellent attention to detail to effectively manage presentation of sales area

Salary and Package
£28k -30k basic
28 days holiday + bank holidays and increases with each year of service

Thursday – Monday (10 -5pm )
