New Homes Sales Executive
We are excited to be working with a renowned 5* House builder on one of their prestigious sites.
What is expected:
· Strong negotiator with the ability to building excellent rapport with clients and home purchasers alike.
· Be the face of the company
· Excellent customer services- meeting and greet customers and guiding them through the process.
· Be able to close sales and demonstrate product knowledge
The ideal New Homes Sales Executive / Advisor will need:
· Previous New Homes Sales experience or relevant / transferable skills within a sales environment
· Be well presented with strong customer facing skills.
· Be able to work to sales targets
· Ability to work well as a team
· Good knowledge of the local area including schools, amenities and transport links.
· Flexibility to work weekends
Salary and Package
· £24k/ £29k basic with OTE circa £45-52k, all dependent on experience
· Competitive Bonus Scheme
