​We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced New Homes Sales Administrator to work with a 5 star builder in their head offices. The main purpose of the role is to provide administrative support for a one of their rapidly growing Divisions. The shift requirements are Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:30 & 09:00 - 17:30. This role is initially temporary but does have the potential to turn into a permanent role.

Job responsibilities :

  • Daily sales reports

  • Collating and inputting data into relevant spreadsheets

  • Provide administrative support to Sales Managers

  • General admin duties

Requirements:

  • Experienced with all Microsoft packages particularly Excel

  • Demonstrable experience in an administrative role - preferably within New Homes

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Able to work quickly and accurately under pressure

  • Able to prioritise workload

  • Be self-motivated and driven
