The BMS Project Engineer role
The client is looking for an experienced BMS Project Engineer who has a dynamic approach to work with the existing in-house maintenance and facilities team. You will be the face of the project delivery team onsite.
Responsibilities
O&M documentation compilation.
Conduct surveys, proposals and quoting of new projects.
Provide an outstanding level of expertise in producing site solutions from the preliminary stage to final commissioning and demonstration.
To design and configure controller strategies for the BMS solutions including Tridium and Cylon.
To support colleagues across the Projects and Controls Operations.
Be the face of the project delivery team onsite.
Employ own skills to boost the project handover experience.
Ensure client and support teams are engaged and fully informed of the delivered resolution.
Key Requirements
Tridium / Cylon certified.
Minimum experience of 3 years
Proven experience in BMS projects
Benefits
Salary £50,000+ dependent on experience
Monday to Friday 08:00 – 16:30 with 1 hour lunch
