​We have an opportunity for a Temporary Sales Support Co-ordinator to support our busy Temporary Staffing Team with a wide range of duties.

We are ideally looking for someone who can work 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) however you will be required to work one Saturday a month with an alternative day off. We would consider 4 days for the right person.

The role will include:

  • Building a good rapport with our clients and candidates

  • Updating candidate availability onto our CRM System.

  • Checking in workers in to work each morning

  • Responding to emails.

  • Updating our Website with Adverts

  • Adding new Temp Vacancies onto our CRM system and updating compliance as necessary.

  • Keeping clients updated

Working Hours are 9am to 5.30

The ideal candidate:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Good it skills are essential

  • Team Player with bags of initiative

  • Available to start within 2 weeks

  • This is an ideal position for someone who is in between jobs as could be scope for a permanent role.

  • Whist this is a temporary role we are looking for candidate with at least 4 years work experience and longevity on their CV.
