Experienced New Build Sales Executive for a leading G15 Housing Association in West London needed for a 12 month contract.
As a Sales Executive you will need the following experience and qualities:
Be responsible for delivering reservation, exchanges and completed sales in line with sales targets.
Delivering an exemplary customer journey.
Managing and maintaining your sales environment to a 5 star standard, including signage, show homes & marketing suites.
Ability to meet, greet and showcase our quality homes to customers.
Maintain enquiries and manage a database of ready and willing purchasers.
Be precise in your reporting and able to meet deadlines inc KPI’s
Have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
This role includes weekend working so you must be happy to work Saturdays and Sundays with days off during the week.
On offer is a very competitive basic of £30k with commission your earnings will be in the region of £50k
