We have an opportunity for an Experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator for a shared ownership development for the over 55's. The role is to work on a new site launching December so they are ideally looking for someone to start at the end of November

Our client is looking for

Experience of New Homes Sales or Estate Agency

Excellent interpersonal and immaculate presentation

Understanding of the compliance when selling New Homes

IT Literate with experience of working on CRM systems

Car and driving license required

Must be available to work 3 days a week and must be willing to work occasional on the weekend.

Hours 10-4
