TeamSales are looking for an experienced, motivated and hard working New Home Sales Advisor to join a busy new homes development in North London. You will have ideas to bring to the role, use your initiative and open to making suggestions to your team.
Client requirements:
Experience of selling New Homes and working as part of a team
Proven record of meeting sales targets
Ability to provide first class customer service for every purchaser
Excellent personal presentation
Confident using CRMs and IT on site.
Excellent communication whilst dealing with both customers and colleagues
Info:
Full time, 5 days a week. Working on a rota basis including weekend working
10am to 5pm
What’s on offer?
Up to £24k basic
£45k OTE
