My clients is a well-established 5* developer who is currently in search of Sales advisors to join their growing team working within the New Homes industry.
Due to sheer growth, they are now looking to continue investing in talented new homes sales consultants.
The Site
Prestigious development of over 2,500 new homes including luxury apartments and beautifully designed family homes, surrounded by green acres and carefully designed landscaping ( incorporating local wildlife and wildflower fields)
The Team
As a team, the pride themselves on developing their people. Whether that means they want to be the next CEO or just want to improve in their current role, they will facilitate what they can!
Their Sales Managers and sales director have climbed through the ranks being promoted to the level they are now ( hard work does not go unnoticed within this team) .
What is expected:
·negotiator with the ability to building excellent rapport with clients and home purchasers alike.
·the face of the company
·customer services- meeting and greet customers and guiding them through the process.
·able to close sales and demonstrate product knowledge
The ideal New Homes Sales Consultant/ Advisor will need:
·relevant / transferable skills within a sales environment
·well presented with strong customer facing skills.
·able to work to sales targets
·to work well as a team
·knowledge of the local area including schools, amenities and transport links.
·to work weekends
Salary and Package
·£25k/ £30k basic with OTE circa £45k-£52k, all dependent on experience
·Bonus Scheme
·25 days’ holiday not including bank holidays
