They are expanding there team and are looking for a New Home Sales Consultant to join the New Build development in Farnham.
A very competitive base salary of £38,000. OTE £60,000
1 weekend off in 4.

A bit about the job:
Your main responsibilities include meeting customers, guiding them through the specification of the property and assisting them through the purchasing and handover process. You will be responsible for the excellent presentation of the development at all times along with providing excellent customer service throughout the buying process.
Using your negotiating skills to achieve sales whilst ensuring the effective, efficient and accurate processing of sales and contracts from reservation to exchange and completion via on site IT systems.
What experience do you need?
New Homes Sales experience is essential
Experience of working as a Sales Representative for a residential house builder is essential.
Experience of working within a face to face sales environment.
