Teamsales has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Advisor in Bedfordshire/Buckinghamshire.This is a permanent role to join a 5* new homes developer, working Thursdays to Mondays you’ll be alongside your purchasers from their first visit through to handing over the keys to their brand new home.
Client requirements:
Experience of selling New Homes and a proven record of meeting sales targets
Ability to provide first class customer service for every purchaser
Self-motivated and hard working
Computer literate and confident using CRMs and IT on site.
Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
Own vehicle to get to site and able to work weekends
What’s on offer?
The role pays up to £28,000 basic and an OTE of £45k - £50k
