Ideal Candidate:

We are particularly interested in experienced Recruitment Consultants, Resourcers, or Graduates that are looking to develop their career in recruitment however we will also consider candidates that have worked in High End retail, travel, or estate agency.

You will need to demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills. The role often requires tact, diplomacy, and heaps of common sense, as well as the ability to prioritise and plan to meet the flexible demands of the role. Teamwork is absolutely key to the success of the desk, as is the ability to multitask effectively and to keep your cool under pressure. A sense of humour helps enormously!

The successful candidates will be ambitious, target driven with the ability to build strong business relationships with clients and candidates alike.
