We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced New Homes Sales Administrator to work with a National housing developer in their head offices. The main purpose of the role is to provide administrative support for a one of their rapidly growing Divisions. This is a full time work requiring working five days a week on a rota basis 09:00 - 17:30. This role is initially temporary but does have the potential to turn into a permanent role.
Job responsibilities :
Daily sales reports
Collating and inputting data into relevant spreadsheets
Provide administrative support to Sales Managers
General admin duties
Requirements:
Experienced with all Microsoft packages particularly Excel
Demonstrable experience in an administrative role - preferably within New Homes
Excellent communication skills
Able to work quickly and accurately under pressure
Able to prioritise workload
Be self-motivated and driven
