New Homes Sales Manager- Central London

Are you a well presented, career driven New Homes sales negotiator?

Are you Looking for career progression within a well-established business covering the London Market?

My client is looking for a highly motivated New Homes Sales Manager to join their growing team and assist the Residential Development division - to help drive the Central London region.

The ideal senior sales Negotiator will have the following experience:

  • 2-3 years’ Experience successfully selling within major London Developments

  • Ability to work closely with the Sales director to deliver sales across the New Homes portfolio

  • Able to oversee the full Residential Development sales process, from preliminary advisory stages to completion of scheme.

  • The Ideal Sales Negotiator will display strong knowledge and proven ability within their market and able to deliver results.

  • Target driven

  • An excellent communicator and representative

  • Able to provide market insight and relay meaningful findings to the Head of Residential Development, clients and colleagues wherever necessary

  • A good understanding of marketing and advertising strategy including planning launch events and attending regular meetings for implementation of strategy, as well as communications both internally and externally

  • Excellent Relationship and report building skills

  • Ensuring the highest level of service and care at all times

  • Setting up weekly site meetings to discuss sales, build programme, presentation of site and other build related issues

  • Reporting on all sales-related activity and feeding back to the Head of Residential Development

  • Able to cross sell within other areas of the business

The ideal New Homes Sale Manager / Senior Sales Negotiator requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience within London New Homes Sales or Property Sales

  • Strive to deliver exceptional customer service

  • Be personable well-presented and composed at all times

  • Have impeccable communication & presentation skills

  • Be a Proactive team player

  • Be motivated, target driven determined, and efficient

  • Be able to represent the developers brand to the highest of standards at all times

In return our client will be offering the following:

  • £35k/£40k basic (may go higher for the right individual)

  • £60K/£70K OTE

  • Car allowance
