New Homes Sales Executive – Hayes
£28k basic / £30k after 3 months - OTE £60k
Team Sales are recruiting for a New Homes Sales Executive for one of our Nationally recognised House builders working on their prestigious development in Hayes
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an established PLC developer who provide an exceptional training programme and career path
The ideal candidates will have the following skills/understanding:
· Ideally at least 12-months experience in New Home Sales or estate agency
· Strong communicator with interpersonal skills
· organised and focused with the ability to hit targets.
· Able to contribute to team activities, meetings and discussions.
· Excellent customer service
· Thrive working in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong IT skills
· Full driving license and ownership of a car is essential.
· Good numeracy and literacy skills.
· Money motivated
· A desire to succeed
· Able to use initiative
· Strong closing skills
Salary and Package :
· £28k - £30k basic , £25k commission and quarter bonus
· 25 days holiday & Bank holidays
· Working week Thursday – Monday ( must be able to work weekends)
· Company pension
