Excellent opportunity for an experienced New Homes Sales Advisors to join a company with a very good industry reputation on developments in North and East London
You will be responsible for delivering a customer focused sales service in order to maximise sales.
Providing first class customer service to your clients and colleagues and you will go above and beyond in order to deliver.
Enquires will be dealt with promptly, efficiently and professionally.
You will bring a proactive approach to the team in order to generate interest in the properties available, putting forward new ideas and ways of working to generate interest, improve customer service and for the team to meet and exceed its target. You will make sure that information provided to customers is clear, up to date and accurate.
Recording data accurately on databases and making sure that management reporting is in turn correct.
The successful candidate must have new homes experience, be highly motivated, hard working and people person – able to communicate at all levels.
On offer is £24k (£28k including car allowance) with OTE of over £50,000.
