My client is seeking Sales Negotiator to take ownership and run the sales office on a fantastic development of high quality family homes just outside Norwich in Norfolk. The successful candidate will report in to Senior Management and be responsible for the full sales cycle from initial registration through to completion and handover, ensuring a smooth and successful customer journey.
The successful candidate must have previous experience in new homes sales ideally having worked directly for a housebuilder. Candidates with experience working as a new homes specialist in Estate Agency may also be considered.
The successful candidates will be fully competent regarding the sales process, enthusiastic and possessing the ability to combine strong organisation and communication skills; whilst being confident and self-motivated.
The ability to deliver high levels of customer service is essential.
On Offer - a very competitive Basic Salary of £26,500 with a Generous Bonus Scheme with OTE of circa £60,000. Pension & Private Medical Insurance.
Due to the nature of the business weekend working is essential for this role, the sales office is open 5 days a week from Thursday through to Monday 10am till 5pm and all viewings are strictly by appointment only.
Own transport and a full driving license are essential.
