TeamSales is pleased to be working with a household name in new homes. Our client has adapted to working remotely and putting in covid secure policies over the last year. The demand for new homes has remained despite national Lockdowns and we are looking for an experienced New Home Sales Advisor to join the team, working on sites in Beds, Bucks and Herts.
Client requirements:
At least 3 years experience of selling New Homes
Proven record of meeting sales targets
Ability to provide first class customer service for every purchaser
Confident using CRM and IT on site.
Excellent communication whilst dealing with both customers and colleagues
Flexibility and willingness to travel for work
Own vehicle to get to site and able to work weekends
Days / Hours / Info:
Thursdays to Mondays (including weekend working)
10am to 5pm
Developments are operating in accordance with COVID guidelines.

£27k basic + commission. £50k OTE
