Experienced Digital & Marketing Consultant with knowledge of the Construction Industry, required to provide day to day assistance to the Sales and Marketing team with particular focus on Digital Marketing.
Experience of the Shared Ownership market would be ideal but knowledge of the property market is essential.
Some Key Tasks;
Manage relationships with new and existing external Agencies
Deliver the digital marketing strategy
Monitor Agency performance of ROI and KPI targets to build on best performance measures
Monitor and manage the Agencies on the design and implementation of schemes
Work with Agencies to manage the performance of all digital marketing activity including website development, SEO, PPC, HTML emails, social media
Copywriting for web, social media
Management of email strategy and close working with Digital agencies
Database Management
Research, Monitor and report on all digital activities
Coordinate all Marketing activities for the team
