We have the opportunity for someone with customer service experience to join a busy region of a new homes developer.As one of the biggest regions of this company and with the demand continuing for new homes, you’ll be joining at a key time for the business.They are looking for someone to join their customer service team to help with the day to day management of all customer queries.

 Duties will include:

 Monitoring Customer Service Inbox.

  • Ensure all relevant documentation is filed and logged.

  • Preparation weekly reports

  • Liaising with the technical, NHBC and contractor departments as required.

  • Correct allocation of work to the Customer Support operative team, the existing site teams and/or contractors to address customer queries.

  • Ensure that customers are kept informed throughout any process taking place in their home.

  • Monitor customer and issue handling whilst maintaining high company standards of Customer Service.

 For this role you will have customer service experience with the ability to build an instant rapport with people.You will be organised, calm under pressure with strong communication skills. Being IT Literate is essential with experience of COINS or Dynamics a bonus.Knowledge of the new homes industry will also give you a real advantage.
