We have an opportunity for an Experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator for a shared ownership development for the over 55's launching soon. The role is to work on a new site so they are ideally looking for someone to start at the end of January. This is an ongoig role.
Our client is looking for
Experience of New Homes Sales or Estate Agency
Excellent interpersonal and immaculate presentation
Understanding of the compliance when selling New Homes
IT Literate with experience of working on CRM systems
Car and driving license required
Must be available to work 5 days a week Tuesday to Saturday.
Hours 10-4
