Burgess Hill, West Sussex

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Consultant to join our existing team in Burgess Hill.

Team Resourcing is a niche recruitment consultancy with offices in London, Burgess Hill and Manchester. We offer temporary and permanent staffing to the Property, Construction and Engineering sectors. Formerly known as FastTrack/Reflex, Team BMS merged with Team Resourcing in 2021. As a market leader in the Industry, we enjoy the benefits of long standing, established relationships with a large and impressive client list.  We have over 20 years of experience within the BMS sector with considerable experience in recruiting for BMS requirements for major projects. 

In this role you will be working on one of our established desks. This is a key position within the business as we have an excellent reputation in this niche sector and are proud to be recognised as the “go to” agency of choice for most of our clients. We have built strong relationships with all of our clients and candidates and are keen to find an individual who will strive to keep these upheld as well as developing the desk further with new opportunities.

To be considered for this role you will have: -

·       Previous experience in a Resourcer, Recruitment Consultant or Sales position

·       Ambition and drive to hit and exceed targets.

·       Knowledge and experience within the Building Services, Engineering or a technical sector would be an advantage.

·       The ability to hit the ground running with a flair for business development and customer service.

·       Fantastic communication skills on all levels both written and verbally.
