​We have an opportunities for an experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator for our clients in the Bedforshire areas

Our clients are highly recognised for their quality products and high levels of customer service. All developments run either 7 days a week or from Thursday to Monday.

If you are looking for ongoing temporary role working between 3 and five days a week then please get in touch.

Client requirements:

  • Experience of selling New Homes. 

  • Able to provide first class customer service

  • Excellent personal presentation

  • You will be well-organised and with good computer skills. Must be IT Literate with experience of working with a CRM

  • You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills whilst dealing with both customers and colleagues

  • Must have access to own car.

  • Able to work well in a team environment with lots of energy as this is a very busy site

Days / Hours / Info:

  • Thursday to Sunday

  • Hours 9.45 - 17:30 must be flexible
