​We have opportunities for experienced New Homes Sales Negotiators in the North London areas.

Opportunities range form 1 day bookings to ongoing 5 day week or Temp to Permanent opportunities.

Client requirements:

  • Experience working on a New Homes development

  • Able to carry out the complete sales process from initial enquiry through to progression

  • Experience using CRM systems i.e. Contact Builder

  • Ideally if you have experience selling both private or shared ownership properties, however either will be sufficient

  • Excellent personal presentation

The role

  • Working in Sales and Marketing Suites for Housebuilders or Housing associations

  • Working between1 and 5 days a week

  • 9.30am – 5pm

Salary

  • From £13.50 per hour + hol pay

  • Holiday pay accrued for every hour you work

  • Exposure to UK’s leading New Home Developers
