​We have opportunities for experienced New Homes Sales Negotiators in the North London area. This is an opportunity that could progress into a permanent role

The successful candidates will have the opportunity to work with a team. Working Wednesday to Sunday however there could be an opportunity for occasional weekend off.

Client requirements:

  • Experience working on a New Homes development

  • Able to carry out the complete sales process from initial enquiry through to progression

  • Experience using CRM systems i.e. Contact Builder

  • Ideally if you have experience selling both private or shared ownership properties, however either will be sufficient

  • Excellent personal presentation

The role

  • Working in Sales and Marketing Suite for an established and successful Housebuilder

  • Working 5 days a week

  • 9.30am – 5pm

Salary

  • Basic Salary £29k. Commission £23k & benefits

  • Competitive Hourly rate whilst you are temping
