Our client is looking for an experienced Shared Ownership sales negotiator to sell a number of off plan developments based across the North West, North and West London.
These will be a full time positions, working Thursday to Monday five days a week.
This role will initially be on a temporary basis with the opportunity for a permanent role. Permanent packages with basics in the region of £32k basic & commission.
Candidates must have either New Homes Sales or estate Agency experience.
IT literate with experience of Microsoft Office and the use of CRMS
Available to work 5 days a week and be available to work weekends
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
