With the launch of our new Construction Division we would like to hear from Senior Site Managers who are looking for a new opportunity.
We have been working with National House Builders for more than 30 years and we have an extensive client base therefore, we are particularly interested to hear from candidates with experience in the New Homes Industry.
Our clients require essential skills as follows;
5 years or more experience of working to an established build programme and managing key priorities for the build
Working closely with Site Managers and Subcontractors to ensure delivery of quality homes in the timeframe required
Hold daily/weekly build programme meetings with Site Managers / Sales team /Construction Managers
Proven ability to consistently deliver weekly targets
In depth knowledge of all aspects of construction and and housebuilding legislative requirements e.g Health and Safety regulations and procedures
Reliable, Proactive and Self-driven
Deliver excellent Customer Service for both internal and external customers
CSCS/ SMSTS/CCS/HBF/CCS/NHBC requirements
Full UK driving Licence
