​We are recruiting for an experienced New Homes Sales Progressor looking for a rewarding new opportunity. You will be leading the progression team on pre sales legal setup?

To oversee the Sales Progression journey across all the companies sites, ensuring contracts are issued, enquiries are responded to and contracts are exchanged within target timescales. To also ensure all pre and post sale administration is complete and passed to relevant team. You will achieve legal set-up on a pipeline of new schemes by co-ordinating information with key stakeholders, internal and external colleagues and in close liaison with the Development team.

The successful applicant will:

  • Have experience of site set up to ensure timely and accurate pre-sales legal set-up is delivered ensuring that all relevant processes are completed in line with site launch plans.

  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to the principles of equality, diversity and inclusion

  • Demonstrable knowledge of government lead initiatives such as Help to Buy and Shared Ownership and how their processes need to be managed through the conveyancing process.

  • Demonstrate an good understanding of the conveyancing process including a working knowledge of complex mixed tenure development schemes

  • Demonstrate a methodical approach to your work, working to timelines that may affect colleagues across the wider business.

  • Able to quickly identify and report on cause and solution of any sales progression delays where needed to ensure our department exchange and completions targets are met.

  • Ability to produce detailed reports as required.

  • Ability to work at speed as part of a team.

  • Ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with internal colleagues and key stakeholders.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Able to lead a team to meet departmental targets

  • You will be qualified to degree level and /or have substantial experience in the housing sector.

Salary is £37k - £40k depending on experience.
