Experienced and driven New Homes Senior Sales Advisor required for a fantastic high-end development in South West London. The successful candidate must be an excellent sales person, able to create sales opportunities and retrawl to maximise sales potential. The role offers a basic salary starting at £35k with OTE circa £50k. The site hours are 10am to 6pm during the week and 11am to 5pm at weekends (days off will be during the week). 25 days annual leave, pension etc. The role has additional benefits which include staff parking and health insurance.
The ideal candidate will have good local knowledge and have experience of selling to mature high net worth buyers.
