A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a highly successful Developer as a Sales Progressor As Sales Progressor you will be part of a highly successful Sales department so excellent time management and prioritisation skills are required.

Support the purchaser through the potential difficulties

• Build a good relationship with the purchaser and be their main point of contact for all progression related matters

• Follow the progression procedures to ensure consistent approach and the customer is clear on the process

• Carry out introduction calls, making any necessary notes and amendments to the reservation documentation and ensuring that this is reflected in our memorandum of sale and that all parties are advised. Records to be kept company IT systems.

• Ensure that the content of the memorandum of sale pack is accurate

• Monitor the progress of each sale to ensure that there are no unnecessary delays

• Update the Completion Schedule daily/as changes occur

• Update the Customer Journey tracker daily

• Provide weekly updates to the Sales & Marketing Director (Progression Manager where applicable) on the following areas: o Any updates with the nominated IFA and Solicitors

  • Any issues with Build Sales Forecast, Key Dates, CML etc

  • Overdue exchanges and forecasting expected exchanges for the next week.

  • Issues that may result in cancellations or failed completions

• Liaison with the Sales & Marketing Director (Progression Manager where applicable) and the Sales Co-ordinator re expected and agreed changes to the Build/Sales Forecast.

• Liaise with internal or external legal teams and other internal departments to ensure contracts are issued on time and enquiries are answered in line with the SLA.
