Teamsales are recruiting for experienced Sales Negotiators in South West London. The opportunity to work for a variety of 5* developers.
We have a number of clients in the zone 1 area of South West London, who are are actively looking for temporary sales support on their developments. These negotiators need to be experienced in selling properties in the London market and dealing with high net worth individuals.
New Homes Sales Adviser tasks include, but will not be limited to:
Registering potential purchasers
Conduct viewings on-site.
Taking reservations
Convert enquiries to site visits
Retrawling data base and updating files
Supporting the Sales Team with events

Summary
Working hours 9.30 - 18.00
Must be able to fit in with a 5 day a week shift pattern to include some weekends
Parking may be available on some developments
Hourly rate up to £13.45 ph
Commission available on some assignments
