Experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator is required for an ongoing long term contract.
Our client, one of the largest private real estate owners in the UK, are recruiting for an experienced Sales Person to cover the duration of their development in Hounslow estimated to be a minimum of 12-18 months.
You will be representing a company who refurbish and re-develop homes for families who need them at a affordable price.
About you:
· Extensive experience in Property Sales, Newbuild or Resales
· Proficient IT Skills
· Immaculate presentation
· Ability to build strong and effective working relationships
· You will be a pro-active individual, able to manage and prioritise your own workload
· Effective and accurate communication skills both written and verbal
· Flexibility, resilience and be able to adapt within an ever-changing environment
· Genuine enthusiasm for providing a high standard of customer service
· Must have access to own car or resides in a proximity of Hounslow
Your duties
· Meet and greet new prospects
· Manage all enquires
· Demonstrate show homes
· Financial qualification of prospect via IFA's
· Reservation paperwork explaining the process until completion
· Contacting prospects via telephone and email
· Maintaining regular contact with customers throughout their buying process
· Customer aftercare calls following appointments
On offer:
Working days Thursdays - Mondays
Site hours 10am -5pm
£13.00 an hour excluding holiday pay
Competitive commission structure
Minimum of 12 - 18 months’ work
Mileage allowance where applicable
Holiday pay accrued for every hour you work
